Cynthia is well known as a very outgoing person with an open and welcoming personality. Born into a culturally diverse family she strongly believes in equality for all and the right for every individual to learn. She brings this to all aspects of her life, whether it be fitness, teaching or healing.

While studying at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Cynthia realized her love for working with others and focused her goals on teaching, in and out of the classroom. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Classical Studies. She later attended teacher’s college where she received her Bachelor of Education in the primary and junior areas.

She has enjoyed working specifically with students with special needs including ADD, autism, and behavioural students. Currently, Cynthia has found a different path teaching adults with exceptionalities a special program that will help them to continue working as high functioning members of society.

Having a passion for fitness Cynthia became a certified fitness and yoga instructor (Can-Fit-Pro). She specializes in teaching cardio kickboxing and advanced boot-camp style classes. She brings a youthful and vivacious energy to all her classes, motivating her participants to believe in themselves and surpass their fitness goals.

Always having been passionate about the arts Cynthia spends her spare time drawing, painting or creating new pieces for her collection of hand-made malas and other semi-precious stone jewellery. She also continues to follow her spiritual path, working with and learning from many inspiring individuals. She hopes to be able to help others on their spiritual path as well, by healing, guiding and spreading light and love.
